The Challenge
Baseball Resource Group, Inc. (BRG) was founded with a mission to support young athletes, coaches, and communities through baseball and softball programs. As a startup nonprofit, they needed a strong brand identity, professional marketing materials, donor engagement strategies, and a structured CRM system to manage fundraising, sponsorships, and community outreach. Without an existing foundation, every aspect of their branding and operations had to be developed from scratch.
In addition to establishing a recognizable logo, an engaging website, and sponsorship packages, BRG also required a robust donor and program management system to streamline communication and fundraising efforts. They needed a customized Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud implementation to organize their growing database of sponsors, donors, and event participants effectively.

The Solution
BrandsBeCause worked with Baseball Resource Group, Inc. to build their brand identity, online presence, marketing strategy, and donor management system from the ground up. A professional logo and branding system were designed to create a recognizable and impactful nonprofit presence. To support fundraising and outreach efforts, we developed sponsorship packages, business plans, and print materials that clearly communicated BRG’s mission and value to potential donors and partners.
A fully functional website was created, offering essential resources for players, coaches, and supporters while serving as a hub for events and sponsorship opportunities.
